Recently my boyfriend and i purchased a choke chain dog collar for our pit bull puppy. After using this collar twice we started to notice a rash developing from the spikes digging into her neck so deeply. I was absolutely horrified because I have never seen a rash so brutal and have used these in the past. When I couldn't find the receipt I thought for sure the facility would give us some kind of exchange seeing as how we had just spent $35.00 on the collar. We went there to be disrespected on multiple levels and was not offered any store credit, refund, or exchange. The manager said it was because we used it on our dog. We proceeded to look for an alternative purchase instead and after ten minutes of browsing were questioned about stealing. I'm horrified at the lack of respect and customer service at this location. I would not recommend any friends or family and we sure will not be returning!
