They've been here forever. I've been coming here for ten years, and have their five year package on a dozen of my watches. I've never had anything but friendly competent service.

These guy don't seem to really know what they're doing. Instead of telling you about the horrible experience I had, I would rather just suggest you go to a real jeweler or buy the battery at Walgreens and do it yourself.
