Everyone at Access Urgent Care is friendly and professional. My needs were taken care of quickly. I was even able to fill my prescription there! It's great knowing that I have somewhere I can go after hours or on weekends

I went to the location on Clarkson on a Sunday and the care was awesome!. The first person to care for me was Billy and he was professional, friendly and caring. Dr. Dinkel was thorough and explained each step of the process. What a top notch team! I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care!

I went in with a knee injury. I had xrays, an exam, was placed in a knee brace and was out the door with follow up instructions in 1 hour with no scheduled appointment. Fantastic, caring staff.

Dr Dinkle was amazing with my sick 8 yr old... we were seen right away, he listened to concerns.. and explained everything. On top of the, the doc gave me his schedule for the next day in case we needed more care. And we got our antibiotics without having to go to the pharmacy.... huge relief and much cheaper than the er!

Very fast! I was in and out in less than an hour! They were able to give me a bottle of medication there so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy! Very very professional and very clean! Highly recommend!

Best experience with an urgent care that I have had. Total time was under an hour and the staff was excellent. This will be our urgent care even though there are others closer to our house. Even my 11 year old was impressed with the service.

I went to this facility at the referral of a friend. I had a cyst that was really getting big and painful and I could not get to a specialist for another week. Well this was the answer for me. Not only did the Facility treat me with care and respect but they solved the problem. They did an incision and drainage of the cyst. It was badly abcessed and needed to be packed every 2 days. I got right in and out within 15 minutes each time. i am fully healed now and would have been still waiting for my Specialist appointment on 5/26. THANK YOU Dr. Fenton and staff!

My husband and I both needed an urgent care facility this week. Both of us got excellent treatment. me for bronchitis, hy husband for pneumonia. My husband would have had to go to an emergency room otherwise. I still have a ways to go, but I was feeling about 30% better by the next day. And as others have said, the staff is very friendly and professional.

this is m first time ever writing a review about a urgent care facility.. The experience that I had here was Incredible..since the time I walked in the door, everyone was so friendly, got me in right away with xrays and right into a room. I was in and out within 40 min. I have never had such a smooth experience. I felt like everyone already knew me there and this was my first ever visit ! The staff and dr Spire were all soo nice ! i would highly recommend them !!! this will be my #1 go to urgent care !!

As a nurse who has worked at Urgent Cares and Emergency Rooms, I was very pleased and impressed, not only with the facility but with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. We were in and out in 30 min. We will absolutely return again!
