Our whole family has been to Total Access at some time or another for everything from stitches to migraines to (today) the flu. There is never a wait, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient.

What an AWESOME urgent care. Quick, friendly, and efficient. Definitely suggest for your emergent needs! No long waits like the ER, and the staff is WAYYYYYY AWESOME!

I had the unfortunate need to visit an urgent care after a run in with an overzealous nail tech left me with an infection in my toe. Dr Fenton and his staff were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend this urgent care over others to anyone in need.

This past Wednesday was the second time we had to visit Total Access Urgent Care. The staff were so wonderful and the building is so clean. We were in and out in an hour, so it was perfect. If we have to go to get something checked out, this is where I will go.

I really appreciated the kind and caring manner in which I was treated. Dr. Fenton was very thorough. In and out with my prescription within 45 minutes. So glad to be on the road to recovery!

I took my daughter to the urgent care on Sunday afternoon after a basketball injury. We were greeted and seen quickly. The staff was very professional and helpful. A.C. the radiology tech is the sweetest person I have encountered when checking you in and out, doing x-rays and making sure you have all you need to be comfortable. Dr. Fenton was great in his delivery of diagnosis and treatment. I couldn't asked for a better experience from all of the staff. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. LKC/MIC

I was seen quickly. The only thing I had been in for an ear infection and now I'm in for a sore throat. I wish they had given me a prescription to cover both of those symptoms instead of visiting again.

It has been years since I visited an Urgent Care facility so I had no idea where to go on Sunday late in the afternoon. My daughter recommended Total Access Urgent Care facility on Clarkson in Chesterfield. What a great place and the staff ( from the front office personel to Dr. Fenton) , was very kind and professional. The facility is immaculate. I highly recommend this Total Access in Chesterfield and they are open 7 days a week till 8:00 pm! I will certainly recommend this facility to my friends and family.

My wife, daughter, and son have all been to Total Access and say how great it is. I experienced it over the weekend and they are right! Dr. Fenton, Ms. Ehret, PA, and the whole staff were great. Everyone is so nice and the facility and staff are very impressive. Great service! Highly recommend Total Access and we will spread the word!

We've visited twice. Quick service.The facility is clean and well stocked. The staff is professional, approachable,and knowledgable. After our last visit, I had to call back because my toddler spiked a fever. I was quickly transferred to a doctor who talked me through the next steps. No one was rude or bothered. It is so comforting. This will be our go to Urgent Care Center. We highly recommend the place.

Took my son there this morning because I knew he had a sinus infection and needed treatment. I work and he plays high school sports so the times are awesome - after work and the weekends. We got there at 8:20 and walked out with his meds by 9:30 am. I love this place!!!

We have been to this urgent care facility several times for both my son and myself. It is so convenient and the staff there is excellent! Dr. Fenton goes the extra mile to explain test results and treatments. I am impressed with everyone and the services they provide at Total Access. The facility is immaculate.

Very low wait time (I pre-booked appointment time online) and doctor was very thorough. Highly recommend.

I went to the one on Clarkson and had contact with the person at the front desk, the one that checked me into the room and listened to my issue and a doctor (Dr. Powers). The wait was nothing and the visit in the office was quick. I was on my way within the hour. But then again it was a Sunday morning which is typically slow.
