This was by far the best experience I have had at any urgent care. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They did their best to help me and get me on my way. An added bonus to the great service is the fact that this facility offers so many services the others don't. I highly recommend this to everyone

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had going into an urgent care or ER facility!

Clean, Friendly, and Fast service! The entire staff focuses on you. Friendly and talk to you like you are important to them. They took my insurance information and I went straight to a room. No long wait time in the room either. The Doctor took time to listen to me and talked to me. NOT down to me. Discussed the problem, and prescribe and filled the prescription then and there. I've never walked out of a doctors office feeling as confident as I did today. This group is wonderful!!!

I was blown away by the care I received at Total Access Urgent Care. I went to the Chesterfield location, and when I got there, there was absolutely no wait. They gathered my identity, insurance, and history information and immediately took me back. I told them what was going on, and they went to great lengths to get me treated for it and sent me home with the appropriate prescriptions. All of the staff were fast (but not in a hurry like ER doctors), very efficient, and incredibly friendly. This was my first visit, but after this experience, it won't be my last. Whenever I get sick, this is where I'm gonna go from now on.

Chesterfield location is great. Our family has been there several times and always received top notch care. So convenient leaving with meds and not needing to stop at the pharmacy on the way home. Excellent staff! Keep up the good work!

This place is wonderful. I have been three times, and each time I got everything I needed in one trip. They don't keep you waiting, they are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, they have all the diagnostic equipment and supplies on site to test, diagnose and begin treating you right there, including their own pharmacy; and best of all, they are extremely reasonably priced.



Before I found this place, I used to get sick, and just hope I could suffer through until I got well, and only went to a clinic if I was basically on the verge of death. Knowing this place is there, that they will take care of me, diagnose and treat me correctly the first time, for a price that I can afford, is a greater comfort than I can put into words. They are amazing, this is definitely the clinic for you!

I cannot begin to tell you how great this place is. First of all, it is a one stop medical place. In a week, my husband , my father and myself came down with the same illness. We were helped by a staff that were amazing, led by Francis and dr. Fenton.



We were x-rayed , diagnosed and walked out with a prescription within 30 min. When you are ill that is quite an accomplishment. (In my husbands case, they also removed ear wax!!)



THE BEST CARE WE HAVE HAD EVER!,

I've been to plenty urgent cares in many states but this one definitely has been the best! The doctor and nurse were both very efficient, thorough, helpful and friendly! Also there was no waiting time, which is very unusual at any urgent care.

I am extremely grateful to everyone at the Chesterfield location, especially Dr. Fenton, whom I feel took care of me and my situation with the highest degree of professionalism, yet personally ensured I got the best treatment possible. I cannot say enough of the staff, which, after 6 consecutive days of treatment, I may have encountered the full rotation. They were all very friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and even kind of fun. I would recommend for anyone with an urgent health matter to consider this location because you will be treated with respect and utmost medical competence. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! From the man at the front seat, the paramedic that took care of me and Dr. Graves. I have never had staff treat me so well. They were very quick yet efficient. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing immediate non emergent care! An added bonus was that the facility was spotless!!! Great job Total Access Urgent Care!

I was very worried about my daughter this Sunday as she had been complaining about a severe sore throat and nausea. I really didn't want to wait until Monday to take her to the Pediatrician so I decided to go to Total Access Urgent Care in Chesterfield. We got in right away and were seen immediately by Dr Fenton. After a quick throat swab her diagnosis was Strep Throat. Within minutes of leaving he had sent the prescription in and we were home in no time with her meds and off to a speedy recovery!!! Thank You Dr Fenton and your pro staff for saving us the time and getting my daughter on an immediate road to recovery!! I highly recommend Total Urgent Care!!!!!

Every time I go there's always a very short wait to no wait at all. All staff from the front desk to the doctors are very personable and pleasant. We still haven't found a family doctor we like so this has made things more convenient for us.

I had a great experience. Dr. Fenton and the rest of the staff were awesome. I would absolutely go back.

This was the second time I had gone in, and both times I received excellent care and attention. Both Dr. Fenton and Dr. Bruckel take the time to sit down, look the patient in the eye, and explain what is going on. Even though I tested negative for what I had gone in for, I wasn't made to feel silly or unreasonable for coming in, and was treated very well.

They were great! There was little wait time and I was treated to great patient care by both the nurse and the doctor. Both took the time to answer all my questions. Would definitely refer this facility to others!

I am a pilot for United, unfortunately getting food poisoning and returning home from flying. I went to Urgent Care on Clarkson where I was seen immediately by a nurse and soon after by Dr. Fenton. This is the second time that I have been to this office and cannot say enough about the staff. Super nice, compassionate, caring, etc. I recommend this establishment to anyone that needs immediate care. This office was founded on new principles of owner ideals: expeditious yet thorough care. Outstanding people. Thanks guys for your work.

I have been here three times and have had wonderful care each time. I love the fact you can get your medicine at the same time no waiting at the pharmacy.

Great facility where I was seen right away. This was a good place to go when a simple cough turned into bronchitis. Highly recommend over an any urgent care facility I have visited---clean, efficient, well-staffed, friendly, filled RX at location, took and read X-Ray, gave breathing treatment, and covered by my insurance.

These guys took such good care of me last yr when I got had a serious case of bronchitis. I was in between physicians bc my doc left his practice due to Obamacare. These guys were great. They called me at home to see how I was doing. I had a fever for a long time so they had me come back in and gave me IV fluids...so it's pretty comprehensive care. I'm kind of picky about physicians bc I owned a large physician practice for 15 years...I'm not a physician. But I think the quality of the staff here is excellent. I think many of the assistants are EMTs...so they are better trained than the medical assistants in an office. Tonight I went in bc I was pretty sure I had strep. I saw Dr. Fenton. I happen to know he is a very good physician. I'm so happy with this place it's made me drag my feet on finding another primary care physician.

This is our second time there and we love this facility. They are great with kids and the office is clean and very nice. They have always gotten us in and out quickly and can even fill a simple prescription.
