I have been to this location several times between three children. Today was another great experience. Fractured foot for my daughter and we were in and out in 45 minutes. Nice staff and clean environment. Hours are fantastic as well!

My daughter needed to be seen for a possibly fractured finger. I was very impressed with the facility, staff, lack of waiting time and the follow up. We will be using Total Access again, and will make sure we recommend Total Access to everyone.

Everyone there was so helpful, kind, and accomodating. And the facility was great. I was very impressed, and will recommend to anyone in an urgent care situation.

I came in this week and I was so impressed with how nice an supportive everyone was and made me feel comfortable. I would choose this place over anywhere.

I've been a patient there twice now and have been very impressed both times. The first time was for a bee sting that gave me an unexpected allergic reaction (never had a problem when I was stung before, but the last time I was stung was decades ago as a child). They were very thorough in their exam and great about explaining and treating me. This last time was for a knee problem. Again, I was seen right away and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. They were prompt in getting me the treatment that I needed and, if it doesn't resolve with their treatment, they referred me to the next level.

This was my second visit. Both experiences were wonderful! I was in a room within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Dr Fenton came in before I had finished the paperwork!

He could tell I was very worried and was extremely patient with me & very thorough.

We went over all the medications I take and explained my diagnosis in detail, and kept making sure I understood. He told me what to expect and what to do if the medicine didn't work. I can't say enough nice things about the Staff, the Facility, and especially, Dr Fenton. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things. We've used them twice and both times the service was amazing! I got 3 x-rays, talked to the doctor and was home in 30 minutes. PLUS, the bill was way lower than if I went anywhere else. Saves the insurance company AND me! Almost makes me want to go there instead of our PCP.

We were visiting from out of town and had amazing service when our son needed an X-ray. Fabulous staff, care and advise. Thank you!!!!

I was seen immediately. The staff was super friendly. The Dr. was reassuring, quick and helped me feel better. Excellent experience.

There aren't enough positive words in the dictionary to describe the wonderful experience that i had at this old days super friendly throwback place today.This medical facility is well beyond five stars.I could go on and on,but i think i have made my point.

This was the best experience I've ever had going to an urgent care/ emergency room. I had mono and was very dehydrated. I was put in a private room within the first 3 minutes of walking in the door. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The Doctor was AWESOME! He came in and actually had a two way conversation with me about everything. He made sure I understood everything and made sure he answered all of my questions. They did everything they could to make me at ease and I will definitely go back if I need to!!!!

Had had a sore back for 3 days. Had tried Motrin and a Percocet. The doctor came in and examined me, asked questions prescribed two medicines and information on back pain. The nurse came in with the two medicines and information on them and I was on my way home with what I needed for relief. Wonderful!

The staff was very friendly,very prompt in helping me,and very thorough. I would drive out of my way to come to this urgent care!

I could not be happier! This is the ONLY Urgent Care we will use from now on. We have now visited twice in two weeks. Both times the experience was the same: excellent. We were seen, thoroughly examined, evaluated, diagnosed and treated in about an hour, and left with our prescription medications in hand. I cannot say enough about Dr. Fenton and the staff here.

I wanted to give a quick Thank you to Amy and Dr. Matt for getting me in and out of the Urgent Care tonight, in time to watch College Wrestling and Basketball. I am a late 40 something year old man, with bad lungs. I was having a pain in my chest and back. The wife was hounding me to go get checked out, threatening to call 911, she told me of a place she had taken our son to, when trying to find out if he had a broken arm, (which also was correctly diagnosed and bought us time until the orthopedics could see him on Monday) she said they were great. Well she was right; I was in and out, chest X-Ray, full checkup a diagnosis, antibiotics on hand and back at home on the couch to watch my sports. Thanks so much for the great service. No doubt one of us will be back.

Wow! I have never been to such a great urgent care. I was taken to a room right when I walked in the door and the doctor came in before I even finished my paperwork. I was there for about 45min. The doctor was great as well as the staff. the doctor was very informative and answered all of my questions. The assistant was also friendly and very nice. she made sure to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend going to this urgent care!
