I saw them doing my neighbours building, so I asked them if they can do ours too. They showed up as promised but moonlighted, instead of 3 employees only 2 showed up, didn't wear their corporate t-shirt or company car. I expressed how unhappy I was, unfortunately only realized about an hour after they started as I didn't see the car. I asked for a receipt and an invoice, received a receipt for the check (issued on the company name) and was promised an invoice, never got one. I call them by phone, sent a letter requesting the invoice, for tax purpose. We receive no feedback. Total Scam !

They did a great job. My husband and I were more than satisfied. Doug the owner really made sure ever part of the window was cleaned. They do good work.
