Provided by YPmobileThey are always late and do not send notification that they are late like they say they will My last trip with them was over an hour late and I never did get a text or email from them. Drivers a low class most 2nd drivers don't sit where they are suppose to they sit in the best seats that are there for paying customers. Hire people with more integrity

Provided by SuperpagesAwful customer service- my college daughter booked a 5:20pm bus- checked to see if there was an earlier bus and rebooked for what she thought was 3:00 PM. When she got the E-Mail confirmation she noted that if was 3:00AM. When she called customer service they told her the she had made the mistake and that there was nothing that they could do. I then called customer service and was told that is how they keep their prices low and what is wrong with her taking the 3:00AM bus?!. I subsequently spoke to two other supervisor who told me the same story and said that they did not know where headquarters was or who the President was. It was obviously an error since, we immediately called to have it corrected. In the time that it took for them to do nothing, we were not even able to re-book and pay again. Had to switch to amtrack. I can not believe that they told me that they keep the prices low by ripping people off.
