Provided by YP.comTerrible and getting worse all the time. Software is full of glitches. Customer service is outsourced to India. Internal management changes and contract disputes with their vendors have cost them lots of money and they've passed those costs on to the clients by increasing fees and cutting corners on product quality and customer service.
