DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! Doesn't deserve a star but I have to select something to write this review. Owner scheduled appointment for my sons birthday party and did not show. When I contacted him I was provided with the lie that someone stole his schedule. No one would just steal a schedule but ok it could happen. However he posted on his Facebook three weeks prior to charging me and booking the appointment that his schedule was stolen. I can deal with maybe once your schedule was stolen but twice in a three week span? We were lucky to get another vendor to save the day. However this company stated Affordable bouncy connection does this all the time! How can a person break a child's heart like that. This person Chris (owner) is a very dishonest horrible Human being. Still trying to get our money refunded. Will submit a chargeback or take him to small claims if I have to. It's pure principle. Do not get duped by this person as I did.
