Broke my coil and at least one spark plug wire during installation of a new radiator.



Not very professional. Wouldn't give us our keys after we paid for 40 min!!!



The whole area smells terribly of chemicals and there is obvious radiator fluid on the ground surrounding the front of the establishment. HAZ_MAT!



Fairly sure he performed work that didn't need to be done.



Refused to return old parts.



Became very verbally aggressive when I suggested that he may have done some damage during the radiator install.



The shop is disgusting and a hazard. He's got 2 dogs that bark and nip at customers to which he responds with yelling and physical threats.



Had 8 am appointment, didn't show till well past 9.



Doesn't provide detailed written estimates.







Used inappropriate language around my 5 year old.



He did nothing to keep his dogs away from my child even they both growled at him and one tried to bite him.



15. Falsified invoice to reduce his tax liability by writing parts up as labor.
