I hired Modern Carpet Cleaning and I was very impressed. They use a 10 step process that really seemed to clean the carpets better than others. One cool step that I liked was the scrubbing of the carpets - it seems like it removed a lot or all of the ground in dirt from my carpets. If you're in Chico and you need your carpets cleaned, I recommend them.
