I am new to Chico and I rented a unit and the manager was very nice, she offered me a dolly to use to move my stuff. Also told me about some local place to eat and was very friendly. Overall Great Experience.

My gate code does not work and I needed to get into my unit but there is no one there And no one answering the phone.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Affordable and the ladies that work there are always friendly.It's the ONLY storage I would use in Chico!!!

I have been in to the office 6 times in the last week in an attempt to pay my bill, there is always a note on the door of the office stating that they will return shortly, they never show up when the notes say they should be returning, i admit that they do have the cheapest rates in town but the customer service is atrocious!! When I called to complain about the lack of service i was told to deal with it and just mail my payments in the future. WOW, i can't wait to switch storage providers!
