Provided by YPmobileThis business received exorbant funds from me for a mailbox, never gave me a key, and after almost two weeks refused, flat out, to give me a refund. The owner refused to call me back to discuss the matter. What a way to do business: take a person's money, don't give any service, with a "policy" of 'no refunds' (period). ...gives 'UPS' a bad reputation in my opinion. Either don't EVER use UPS stores. Or for sure don't EVER use the one on Mangrove Avenue in Chico, California.
