This is by far the worst run BW3. Two of us went to grab a late bite and catch the end of a baseball game at 9:00pm. We seated ourselves at the only clean table available in the bar area. It appeared as though someone started cleaning all of the tables at once and then gave up half way through, which could be why the whole place smelled like a wet mop. Then, we waited...and waited. Multiple workers glanced our way, but no one asked if we needed anything. We were never greeted, we were never brought menus and we were never offered drinks in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the staff blared terrible and offensive rap music while socializing with each other, eating and drinking in the corner. We got up and walked out. Still, no one said a word to us. This is the second time we've been dissatisfied with the service and the atmosphere in this BW3. We will not be returning.

Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great prices. Love it!

I am speaking about B W 3's Restaurant.The young lady (Jasmine) who takes peoples names for seating, does not do her job. She is either missing from up front or she pittles around and does not get people seated in a timely fashion. She comes back to see if there are empty seats and then just stands there, like it's not registering if ones available or not. My husband and I have been there Several times in the last year and we've watched her. We were just there this last Sat. Nite and she was really bad about not doing her job. In our opinion she is costing the restaurant money and lowering their ratings.
