Provided by YP.comThey hacked my daughter-in-law's hair up. She asked for a facial layer and they gave her bangs.
They were supposed to trim 3 inches off the ends and they cut 6+ inches off. A little bit more would have been exceptable, (It is a trainging School) but not over double the amount.
