Provided by YP.comThis office still uses manual cardboard dials held manually by the doctor in front of you (not sure how accurate the distance was gauged). You will also notice that the testing equipment are all old, even the chair had tears on the leather seat. Compared to Costco, all their equipment were modern & digital. After trying my new glasses for 2 days, my eyes started to hurt & every time I used it I experienced blurred vision, eyes hurt & got headaches. My old prescription glasses were even clearer than this new one. Careful with the pricing too, while the Groupon offer indicated "$150 toward prescription glasses with lenses". The frame I chose was the cheapest they had at $149 which was just enough for the Groupon $150 + they charged an additional $128 for the lens (definitely not a $278 worth of prescription eyewear)!!!
