I have had the worst experience dealing with their customer service at Cellcom and dealing with their customer service representative Corey . On the day that I arrived to this location I presented my device to a gentleman by the name of Martin and he stated that he would run some test and he would be finish in thirty minutes. I return and he stated that there was no physical damage done to my device and there was no water damage. So he also asked "Do you want me to order you a phone sense your phone has insurance on it?" I said yes since the phone was not charging. He stated that I should receive my phone in three to five days. I signed the paper giving them permission to order the phone along with giving him my email address to email me when the phone had arrived in the store. So I called to check the status on my phone today and I was told by Corey that my phone has been at this location for three days now. If that was the case why didn't they just give me my phone while I was down there. So as I am on the phone trying to explain this to Cory he then states that they have been calling me and I said on my paperwork I was suppose to get an email not a phone call due to the fact that my phone has been dead for over a week. Still in the middle of conversation Mr. Cory hung up on me quite tacky and unprofessional. After my contract is up with Sprint my service will be terminated.
