Provided by YP.comNeeded service at our business for a toilet that would not drain over the weekend. Without confirming with us beforehand, the plumber made the executive decision to bring another employee along, knowing fully that a toilet does not require two people to unclog. We were charged for two people's time and work, despite the employees being finished with our repair in under fifteen minutes. Our bill was over $450.
Glad that we managed to get our toilet fixed so we could resume business as usual, but overall feel incredibly taken advantage of.
