Provided by Doctor.comI had left rotator cuff repair done by Dr. Downing and was extremely pleased with the results. I am currently being treated by Dr. Downing for carpal tunnel and he has been extremely helpful in managing my symptoms.

Provided by YP.comReplaced my left shoulder and my pain experience was surprisingly low. I was given a Novocaine block in my neck, recommended by Dr. Downing and the results were amazing. Dr Downing has a very personable approach to the treatment of his patients and takes the time to explain everything in laymen terms. Although he looks like he just got out of High School, the results of my surgery demonstrated his knowledge and skill levels are top notch.
