Stop by this shop to get my first tattoo. I asked to see an artist and the girl behind the desk went and got an artist for me. I showed them what I wanted but would need some personalization done to art that I brought in. He said that he could do it and that it would be $20.00 deposit before he could do it and it would take a few days to draw it up. I agreed and gave them the $20.00 deposit and left my information (Name - Phone Number - E-Mail) and as soon as he had it finished...I would stop back over and look at what he had and if it was what I wanted...we would get things moving forward. He agreed and we parted ways. SO....a week goes by and I call the shop to talk to the artist. He gets on the phone and acts like we never spoke...(Strike 1) He then tells me (Once I reminded him of our conversation and the details and how he bragged how good he was) that he has not even started on it...(Strike 2) So then I ask him, when will he have something for me to look at...he then just starts rambling about he is busy this week but maybe next week he can get me something...(Strike 3) I interrupted him and let him know to not worry about it that he just showed me that he was NOT the artist he said he was and that he was full of S**T!!! I asked to speak to the owner and he just HUNG UP!!!! So...the moral of the story...DON'T give a deposit. If you can't get what you want while you are there...then get up and leave. This is the worst shop I have visited when it comes to customer service. BTW, I am a business owner. I have no issue on price when I want to make a purchase. So (To the artist which I will not mention his name) go spend your money else where...because I have left two messages for a return phone call from someone in charge...and to no avail...NO RETURNED PHONE CALL!!! Which further more shows the professional people that you will NOT be dealing with.

To those above complaining, Your taste in ink is as poor as the grammar you use to review. I've been tatted in three states and this shop is by far the most professional, clean and enjoyable environment I've seen. Affordable & extremely detail oriented.

I would not use this place. Took my tattoo into the place to see how much they would charge me and the gentlemen behind the counter told me that it would not work at the size that it was which was 5 to 6 inches. Also said he could not give me a price on the tattoo, that he did not give the prices and know one was there to give me a price. Which is really funny because the tattoo artist who drawed it for me told me that it would work that i could not go smaller. Two other people came in behind me and was complaining about there tattoos that they had gotten at the place. I would not recommended this place to kinow one and not even to my friends and family .

i had my nostril pierced at beelistic by kevin jump. i cannot say enough about my experience! he was professional, easy going, and really knows his info! i was very nervous and he helped me relaxed and wanted it to be a great experience. i would highly recommend this business for all of your piercing needs!
