Provided by YP.comThey were given a cash tip, as I always do, and they decided to add 3 dollars to my receipt. When we got our credit card statement it was on there with an extra $3 and our credit card receipt clearly says $20 not $23. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT THEY NOT BE USED. THAT IS STEALING!!! This is the Delhi Great Clips that did this....
