Went through the drive thru to get lunch for my daughter. I ordered two chicken meals with mashed potatoes, etc. Get to my daughters place of employment, no utensils. She had to walk to a nearby restaurant to get forks for us to eat with. When I got home I called the manager. On the phone she was rude and reluctant to give me her name. She did give me her name at my persistence (probably a fake one) and stated she would instruct the employee to make sure she gives utensils. Obviously, this does not compensate me for my inconvenience and an employee should assume you need utensils to eat a meal to go. She took my name and phone number said she would talk to her superior and call me back. Needless to say she hasn't. My ticket # is 2090 date 6/15/06 time 11:27 am. I don't want to use the employees name on the website. I just want the order to be duplicated at their expense to compensate me for my inconvenience.
