Highly questionable business ethics. Claims to have ability to handle large call volume but cannot and does not have the man power. If you're a business owner chances are they'll fudge the numbers to cover their mistakes. Dun and Bradstreet give them a poor rating and justifiably so. For a local Call Center, the better established RDI in Blue Ash would serve better. Don't trust your business to this company.
