Gave them over 200 bucks for a Milwaukee impact kit only to get home and find out the batteries are completely dead and it's serial number is from 2018. They told me they couldn't return it, and that milwaukee would have to repair it, but milwaukee said they should have no problem returning it. The guy said Home Depot would have the same return policy, but when I called home depot, they said they'd replace or return it without hesitation. As much as I would love to support our small businesses, it's simply not worth the extra money, or hassle of dealing with 5-year-old inventory.

Lose priority mail items (never even get to USPS) and refuse to even make an effort to double check their area for it. Horrible customer service at postal desk and the manager is just as bad. If the adage "it takes one to no one" holds any truth, these guys should be tool experts.
