Melissa Kingma, MSN, APRN, NP, is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Neonatology at Cincinnati Children's. Melissa believes in empowering families and supporting their decision-making in the NICU. Inspired by her mother, a NICU nurse, she is dedicated to family-centered care and maximizing developmental outcomes for critically ill infants. In her free time, she enjoys water activities with her family.
