From start to finish Artistic Pools are true professionals. They took care of everything! All the guys John,Mark,Mike were all so friendly ,down to earth and easy to talk with. I always had so many questions and they always accommodated me.I have Mark's (owner) cell # and whenever I have a question about the pool I can call him anytime. I am a very meticulous person and the pool and stamped concrete came out awesome! I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

I had artistic pools come and install my pool. Big mistake. First, they showed up with the wrong pool. Big problem because I had an escavator and several people on the payroll to assist with the pool delivery in August. My fiancee took the day off to be there as well. They left the wrong pool on saturday and returned with the right pool on monday. My price included a cover which I have yet to receive. I have called the person 18 times to schedule the measurements for the pool cover and he no-showed and does not return calls. The owner of the company had an attitude about it when I brought it to his attention, he has done nothing to satisfy our purchase and I will now contact the better business bureau as it is now Jan. 2013 and our pool remains uncovered and filled with ice and snow.

My husband and I were very satisfied with everything that Aristic pools Corp did for us when purchasing our pool. From the initial meeting to the very end of the installation, not only was it professional, but also personal. I would recommened Artistic Pools to anyone interested in purchasing a inground pool. We had our pool installed last July and we love it! We're looking forward to enjoying the full summer with our new pool. My husband and I did a lot of research in order to get the best deal possible and Artistic Pools came out on top. They worked with our budget to get us the best deal possible and they helped us with the township guidelines to make sure our pool could be installed in a timely manner while meeting all the township requirements. The pool installation was completed in 3 days from the start date. We're extremely happy with our pool and would recommend them to anyone.
