We contracted with Frank and Gopher Fence to complete a fence at our new construction home in October 2015 and paid him $1500 as a down payment. Unfortunately due to construction delays, we weren't able to get the fence until spring. Was was to be a 1-day job, turned into a nightmare. On Wednesday, he came out to install posts. His equipment was broken, he had no help and was doing it by hand. He wasn't following the plan we had approved, so we told him he needed to fix it to make it the same dimension as we had approved. He told us that we needed to pay an additional $1000 for his labor. Thursday, he didn't show up at all. On Friday, he corrected the layout but left cutoff posts in the middle of my yard and then he left before finishing the last 20 feet. He called to say he would be out Sunday, I told him I had to work, but he could come finish. I came home to find he took down all of the fencing he had put up and left me with a yard of posts. And somehow he thinks I owe him money.

Worst company ever. He completed the fence weeks after he was supposed to, then started screaming at us and cussing us out when we simply questioned what was taking so long. The fence started falling apart immediately after it was installed. We tried numerous times to email/call him to come out and fix it (there's supposedly a 10-year warranty) but he always had an excuse and never did. Best part is, he keeps changing the name of his company so he isn't associated with the negative reviews. I don't know how this guy isn't in jail for the terrible work he does and just how sketchy his business practices are.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They built a faulty fence that fell down two weeks after it was built. They wouldn't stand behind their work to fix it. We had to pay additional money for them to come out and fix their work.

I would highly recommend not using this company.
