Extremely long wait! This place sucks!!!

The first time I went to this place, I was the first person of the day for a pre-employment UA. When I checked in, I asked how long it would take, the receptionist said 10-15 minutes. I waited 1 hour to go back! My test took less than 5 minutes.

The second time I had to go was for another pre-employment drug screen. This time, went at 9:30 am. They had a chalk board that said the wait would be 25 minutes. After 30 minutes, someone changed the sign to 50 minutes. I waited an hour and a forty-five minutes to take a UA.

These people have NO REGARD for people or their time. No apology, no sense of urgency. Rude, disrespectful and if I had any other choice, I wouldn't have gone back the second time!

Staff doesn't want to be bothered with patients.

Don't go here unless you have to. Consistently treats everyone who comes in the door like a piece of garbage. Everyone from receptionist to doctor.
