They constantly lie to you. The apartments are full of bugs. The complex is noisy and cops are there almost constantly. Pool is hardly ever clean. Maintenance takes forever to fix something. Even if you follow all the rules the still jack you out of your deposit. Wish I could give them a negative star rating.

I have lived in Chapel Ridge for about 6 months now...I can't wait to get out!!!! They take forever to come and fix anything, Neighbors are very inconciderate af the people living around them, police have been here more times than I can count, and it has only been six months! I will never live here again after my lease is up. I lived in Deer Run for a year and would definitly go back there. Never had the problems that I am having here! Several police live there and only seen the police called there 2 or 3 times in a year and one of those times was for a kitchen fire, so it really doesn't count. So unless you are a college student looking for a place to party then this place pretty much sucks!!!!
