I have been using Mcintire sense 2004 and still using the same plastic trash cans with lids and no dents because there plastic and no cracks or broken just remember them for christmas they will remember you for it

This business is a rip off. It's supposed to be 50cents per extra bag. I laid out 6 extra bags so that only cost $3. And I laid out a 10 and they are now telling me I have to extra money in my account. I give them 0 stars.

I would give 0 if could.After many times of coming home from work. finding my cans and two lids in four different places,most times with several inches of rain in them and covered with mud.Instead of placing them right side up ,on my driveway they would be in the woods .but on 6-22-16 I saw what really goes on .I heard the truck coming so i waited to go get them. They tossed from the back of the truck .The one can with the attached lid broke off of one side .The other can split. called and talked to a tina,.She was very rude, their policy is gently lay them down so it can not rain in them.After i told her about the issue, she said ,consider this your last pick up. Would you not just put the lids back on ? If no lid, place them upside down.She did not take my advice very well.If you read all other complaints on facebook,and other social media you why they are the way they are.Its a shame, something as simple as garbage pickup.They sure could learn some lessons from real garbage men.

The fella's that pick up my trash in Woodsfield are reliable and friendly.Keep up the good work and thank you.

McIntire Cartage has provided excellent service since we moved to Sardis nearly 4 years ago. They have never failed a pick-up--regardless of pouring rain, driving snow, stinging sleet, freezing or roasting temperatures. Our guys, Mike and Scott, are great. One morning I was late getting our bags to the curb and had to run across my yard in the snow because they had already passed my driveway. When Mike saw me, he ran through the snow to meet me and took my bags--all with a huge smile on his face! And he told ME to have a nice day!! It's like Mike Rowe says, these guys are doing the jobs that make civilized life possible for the rest of us! Thanks guys for serving us!

I have used McIntire Cartage since 2008, they have always been dependable and given great service at a reasonable price.

This garbage collection service caught me off guard as to how something so simple could be so bad. They will destroy your trash cans because they throw them. When I called in to get an answer for this behavior they said "we prefer bags" meaning no trash can!!!! "LOL" Also no apology given for property damage or handling.

if you want reliable service go somewhere else!!
