My daughter rented an Agway Lane apartment for 3 years It was spotless when we moved in. They were very patient with holding checks till financial aid came in. They were quick to respond to any issue. Girls in the office were great to deal with. (Heather). She moved out in July and we received 100% security deposit back this week, per contract.

you will not get your security deposit back no matter what you do. apartments are dirty, smell bad and Ron does not care to fix anything for you.

DO NOT RENT off of this guy unless you don’t care about being cheated out of your security deposit. I was warned by many people that this guy was a crook, but I have always been a model tenant and was sure I would have no problem. When I moved out, the place was spic and span. I cleaned everything, including the oven, which I rarely used and even replaced the drip bowls on the stove. And still, he kept almost all of my 600 dollar deposit...just like several others told me he would because he knows most people will not take him to court for 600 dollars. You have been warned.
