Mr. Cathey came out and cleaned my move out home. He deep cleaned all the walls baseboards and Windows.He also did an an amazing job with all the floors. I was renting this home and was able to get my deposit back due to the great service I recieved.

I had a rental home that was left destroyed and very nasty by long term renters. I thought I would never be able to get the home back into a rentable condition. I contacted several cleaning companies that wouldn't even consider the job after looking at the state of the residence. Then I contacted C&S Custom Cleaning and the young man came out to estimate the cost. I found him to be the most respectful young man I have come across in a long time and his employers are also very respectful, kind and courteous. He said he would take on the job and quoted a much lower price than I expected. When I walked back into the house a day later I was shocked at the quality of work that I saw...I had to call my husband, father and mother over to let them see. We all believed there was little hope for the property. Mr. Cathey went above and beyond what I ever thought possible, we even through in a bonus pay. This cleaning business is ably run by 21-year old Chris Cathey..He is dependable and oversees several young men. They washed my windows, cleaned bathrooms, and waxed floors. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. It was such a pleasure to work with this ambitious young man who is the sole support of his mom and younger sister.
