Best optometrist office i have ever been to. The people that work here actually helped me to understand my vision instead of just throwing me in something like other places.

Great service! I will never go anywhere else. Everyone here is very helpful and the doctor was wonderful for my entire family.

I showed up here 15 minutes early for my 11:15 appointment, in line right in front of me was the person with an 11:30 appointment checking in also(30 minutes early). Nearly half an hour rolls around and they called that person up to finish some paperwork, he sat back down afterwards and 10 minutes later finally at 11:40 he gets called back. I went to the desk to ask why i was skipped and she said he was here first, I stated that my appt was 15 minutes before his and she said "yes but he was 30 minutes early"



I fail to see why I should be punished by your incompetency. Next time i'll just show up first thing in the morning and you'll have to take me as the first appointment, right? Seems to be how your math works..

Contacts took two visits to get the script right. Even though they they offer buy one get on the glasses they are WAY over priced so it's really not a value. It's been two weeks and my glasses still haven't come in. Won't return to Vision Works.

I have gone to this place on and off throughout my life time. Mainly due to my parents insurance and the fact that its the only place in town within driving distance of Clarksville to get glasses. Honestly the medical staff lack confidence when it comes to the eye exams and I had to make a five trips to get the correct type of contacts. The people at the front desk fail to mentioned that the were a out of service network provider after they had changed there name from Dr. Value Vision just recently. As a result I had to pay an additional charges and fees to my insurance company provider to cover the cost which was money I didn't have at the time. I feel that you would get better service if you were to go to wal-mart, lens crafter, or other eye care provider for exams and glasses or contacts. Needless to say I got a full refund for my purchases minus the eye exams. I hope my review was helpful for anybody looking for an opinion.
