Provided by YPmobileTo make some corrections about this other review. Meat was dropped off the afternoon of November 24 not October 24. Customer was talked to on Dec 2 to which he was informed that his meat was being worked as they spoke. The invoice was not ready at that time. Meat was divided as costumer said 3/4 burger 1/4 sausage however since it was such a small amount of sausage all of it was put into stuffed sausage and customer was only charged for stuffing of half. As rule we don't stuff less than 12 pounds of sausage. Customer was talked to on Dec 7 and was informed that his meat was completed on Dec 2 and placed in the freezer and could be pick up any time. Customer picked up on Dec 11. Sorry for any miss communication.

Provided by YPmobileFirst and last time using this processor! Dropped 2 deers off the 24th of Oct to head off the surge of meat coming in after thanksgiving but still did not do me any good. So after no word from the I called the 2nd of Dec and was told that it was not ready. Waited and waited and called back the 7th because I was getting concerned if it would even be edible after so long and was told that it had been ready since the 2nd. Told the lady I had called the second and was told it was not ready and why had they not called and told me to pick it up. The reason I was given is that one of the lady's has a disability and I would have not understood her anyway. I had asked for 3/4 of the meat to be made into hamburger and the other 1/4 split in link sausage and pattie sausage. Got home and found that I had 8 packages of linked but 1 package of pattie. Called back and was told it was all there, I might as well have been talking to a wall. Some of the poorest customer service I have ever had. I'm writing this with hopes of saving someone the head ache of dealing with these people. I should have knew better when I walked through the door and there was an angry customer on the phone. The signs were all there. Do yourself a favor and take your meat else where
