Nice place, but the trash bins are always full and the paper towel dispenser empty most of the time. I tried to cancel or replace my card and the owner doesn’t answer I think she got mad and blocked me. I’m paying and I can’t even use the gym because I don’t have a card and she won’t answer me at all!!
I saw a similar review, I emailed and called almost everyday, also I left messages on her voice mail and still no reply. Really unprofessional and petty of her part. Where can I call?
As I’m reading the reviews it’s been 5 years and it still hasn’t improved like promised.

Signed up for a single month of membership with a verbal agreement to not continue after the initial month. Signed up for 1 on 1 personal training sessions with the gym manager. Manager failed to meet me, without notification, on three separate occasions. Also charged for the following month of membership without consulting me first.
