When I had sewage water back up into my basement at dinner time, Alex and Mike were at my house in a very timely manner. They spent the entire night, removing the destroyed/affected items and were completely professional the whole time. They showed me what needed to be done and completely explained the process. They were able to clean up the area, treat the affected area and make sure that it was dried back out to the acceptable levels. Given the overall situation, Alex and Mike made it a much better experience. I would recommend the service that they provide to anyone who runs in to the same problem.
