Ordered a TV online from Walmart.com. It was a confirmed shipment to Clayton Store. Was told repeatedly by onsite delivery in Clayton that it was never delivery. This was after repeatedly waiting for up to 15 minutes to speak with someone at onsite. After many telephone calls and trips to the store, I was forced to cancel the order and accept a refund. Of course, I wasted hours, Christmas shopping time, I had close to $1000 having been debited from my credit card account for nearly a month, and ended up with no Christmas present. Horrible experience!!! If I could rate it with a zero star, I would.
