Went to get a oil change and have sumo springs installed on my f53 chassis,6 hours into it and all they did was the oil change and install the front springs. The manager passed me in the lobby and questioned why I was still there. Next the service guy came to me with some sad story about the tech needed 3-4more hours to install the rear springs. At this point I asked to speak to the master tech. He came and asked me what the problem was, I told him that it should have taken 3-4 hours to install according to research and what the service manager told me. He now goes "well we had to take the tires off and ...etc..etc. All they had to do was drill 2 holes and tighten 8 bolts. how can that take that long. Never Again! Service dept. needs to be cleaned up with more knowledgeable personnel. Stay away.
