This management company totally took advantage of our students leasing their property for a month. They "forgot" that they required a additional $500 deposit because of the renters being students (typically $500) and had to be "reminded" to refund it. They made the renters liable for a old rusty toilet bowl screw that leaked over the weekend when no one was around to notice it. Don't rent there if you don't want to be taken advantage of.Angry CLEMSON parent.
