Provided by YP.comResponse to voice mail is nonexistent. Response to issues is treated as though you are being difficult and your request are unreasonable. I feel that upon move in a tenant should expect that the walls have been painted, Carpets are and floors are clean, widows have been washed, and cupboards and closets have been cleaned as well. I found a smell of dog in the entryway. I found cup circles on painted surfaces. I was told that it is normal for clean carpets to still show all furniture markings from previous tenant. My biggest complaint is that I feel as though I will have to hire my own people to clean and take care of maintenance issue.
