on Nov 19, 2008 my mother and I entered the restaurant at 10:50 Am , after ordering our food, we waited 35 minutes for our food still didn't have so I asked the manager about she said they were short handed, but at the time we went in there were only 3 other tables 1 drinking coffee,1 eating already, and one that came after us. We ordered a 5 way chili and frisco melt and fries, once we finally got our food the manager was at the table across from us and told that customer that only wanted something free. Both my mother and I have worked restaurant work for many years, at the offer to comp the check we had told the waitress not to worry about that, we just wanted to get our food. Manager on duty was chatting with customers about shower not working at home,I made her give me my check because I wanted my reciept for store # and name Sheila was the waitress, she was very nice but your managemnet leaves alot to be desired.
