Beware consumers! I went to get an oil change waited an hour Going home my car starts acting up, smoke coming out the back. I called front desk guy he didn't know but said wait few days and if still happening come back I was suppose to leave for wildwood that night. My son the mechanic got home he looked at it and he told me they overfilled the oil which messed up a few things in my car. My son said don't drive it ask them for a tow truck. I called and told them what happen asked for a tow truck they didn't have one I asked if they would pay for one they said No. So I call a tow truck pay out of my pocket, they cant even explain how and why this happen. They fixed and cleaned up the oil from under the hood and my compensation for all this was 0 the manager Bob wanted to give me 2 free oil changes and I said I would never come back there again. Meanwhile my air filter needed to be replaced along with other parts . I waited close to 2 hours to get this all done . BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Some of the people in consumer service are beyond rude. How do you smile and laugh in someone's face about letting them sit her for hour's and when you only ask for an oil change and they say no rotate tires to cause your a woman and they think they can walk all over you. Horrible. every time i come here hours and bull
