I ain't never had a problem there the nice lady behind the counter has always blessed me with her smile I go there about every week and she is always a joy keep it up woman your doing a great job

terrible customer service. I just like recycle my cans and that old lady shouldn't work with the public. Seriously your job is to take cans. Not be rude if you hate your job get a new one.

The lady who's regularly there is the WORST. Stinkeyes you every time you bring things in, snaps at you if you forgot to clean out EVERY SINGLE CAN, and sniped at me because I brought some cans back that had GOLD tops, which meant that I bought them in ILLINOIS. Lady...they still have an IA 5 cent refund...just take them and give me my damn money.



On the other hand if you get the young man who works there part-time, he's great. Polite, always cheerful, always has a smile on his face. He's the only thing that saves this from 1 star.



Fire the rude lady and let the nice kid take over.

Stopped in the other day,as soon as I walked in door,(that scowl/look)on the lady's face, made me wanna turn around & take every can singly, elsewhere!Only the 3rd time I've ever been there,and the 3rd time this VERY RUDE woman has argued w/me.I will never return there unless I'm trying to get the rest of my life sucked out of me in a matter of 5mins.Just say NO, to negative NANCY!����
