Provided by YP.comTotally ripped my 70+ year old grandma off! $700 plus to change one part and some pipe and to clean the furnace that is only 5 years old or so thats an entire months income for her . No wonder you hear about many older people freezing to death or die from heat. The part was only $ 50 to 100 if I could of got down to do it .plus who knows what they really did because she cant get to the basement. Total scams

Called for a family member,, his furnace went out , fri around 10 someone came to look at and all he was camplaint about being there did a couple of things and than said need a new one, and shut it down!!!!! had someone else come to look at it and said need a switch and now it's working!!!! RHA sent a bill for $190!!!!! I think that is so unfair,, thinking about turning them to BBB!!!!!
