Really poor experience with the Service department, they have a lack of communication, we were unable to get calls back even from the Manager. Our car has been at the service department 5 times and still no remedy to our problem. It is a really frustrating experience for a truck that is under GM warranty. We will be in the market for another truck soon and will likely not shop here if it’s this frustrating to get Warranty work done. I am really disappointed we have to take it to another dealership to get our Truck fixed after weeks of trying to get it fixed here.

Jim Falk Motors in Clinton, MO is just the best! From the time I put in my inquiry, until I made the purchase I have nothing but good things to say. Keep in mind, I am 450 miles away from this dealership, I couldn't see the car in person or test drive this car until it was delivered. I spoke with many of the Falk Team members: Ben Stoltman, Keith Ordiway, Tim Vogel, Mohamad Tarhini, Sheri Haile, and Stacy Hook. Each person I talked with was knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my many questions and got me the information I needed to make a decision I was happy with. I got the best deal and was taken better care of than I ever have been with any previous car purchase. They even delivered it to me in Tennessee. The transport man, Dean, was also really great and very helpful.
I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Jim Falk Motors and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, they have the best deals and the best team to take care of you!

I am a young mother of two and single. Jim Falk Motors took very good care of my needs, my payment and the money down was what I wanted. The sales person Judy Lunceford listen to what I was wanting to accomplish and respected my wishes. The sales manager Pat Love and the Business Manager Bill Norton was great.
