The service person who installed our dishwasher was incompetent. The dishwasher was not working properly from the original installation. He assured me I had a one year service guarantee, but that proved to be a lie. I called and spoke to the manager who wanted to put the blame on the brand new dishwasher. The problem could not be cleared up over the phone. The manager told me to call him if the problem persists. I called a second time and he wouldn't take my call and I was told that he would personally call me back by end of day. Needless to say he never called. I had to call another company to actually come out and do the repair. This issue took weeks to get resolved. It turned out that the workmanship of the service person was not done correctly and it was basically because he was lazy and didn't do the job right. I immediately called installation Express while the new technician from a second company, the receptionist recognized my voice and assured me that the technician who installed the dishwasher would call me to see what he had done wrong. That receptionist is a one good liar because I never got a callback. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as to Lowe's who they provide installation for.
