I went to Dr. Harlan for a pain in my outer ear. I had been shut off by another dermatologist when I inquired about it. Dr. Harland inspected my ear, did a biopsy of the questionable area and found the beginning of a small cancer. Very glad I went to see him. He explained everything thoroughly. Very happy with his care.

I'm very upset about my visit to Dr. Harlan. I visited him previously for a procedure, it went *fairly* well , was uneven and expensive. In Aug. 2009 I made an appt for BOTOX. I researched and had botox previously and it was very successfully and gave me the look I desired every time. The visit to Dr. Harlan was a RIP OFF. I asked for botox in the normal locations I always get it. He put it where HE wanted it not where I asked and KNOW the outcome.Myself and my family did NOT notice any difference AT ALL.I paid $360. for 2 syringes, (of what), all together is was 4 injections. I've never paid for it by the syringe, but by the unit or area of the face.I also asked for the new VIT. C. serum that does not turn yellow. He said the new Obaji 20% would not turn yellow $85. IT TURNED YELLOW after two weeks.I'm very disappointed and will never go back to him.
