After 10 years of doing business with Terry himself now the new owner Eric is slowly chasing good customers away. Brought my truck in for a VERY simple starter button I get my truck back in worse shape than before. Had an issue with ignition switch not working right but now I can't shut the truck off without dumping clutch. Did not authorise any work if it was worse off. Asked him politely after he engaged conversation if there was a trick to shutting off, He kinda smiled a bit and ignored me. Granted he was helping someone else so I did wait. I get attitude from there on. I usually do not deal with Eric and never will again. If it was worse than expected stop and wait for the customer to get back to you. And yes I was quite angry because I hate attitude so they saw some of mine. Only thing I reccomend from them is exhaust and thats it, Deal with Terry only. I feel really bad a friendship ended like this but unauthorised work is quite upsetting and if things were explained better I would of had them do the complete job.
