My wife and I stayed here for five nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. This is right on the beach and our balcony on the 5th floor provided a great view of the ocean and pier. The room was clean and well kept when we arrived and our stay was pleasant.

The only complaints we had was the scratchy towels and the weather stripping around the front door. A weather front passed through and there was very strong winds for out whole stay. The weather stripping that was missing allowed for the wind to howl constantly under the front door. I had to take one of the towels and fold it over and close the door on it to make my own seal. Fortunately it worked and we were able to get to sleep.

The complimentary hot breakfast was good and the hotel was well kept.

Our neighbor in the adjoining room apparently was a smoker and decided not to follow the no smoking policy at the hotel. The smell of cigarette smoke came through the adjoining door of the adjoining room and was unbearable. This happened two nights in a row. On the second night, I called down to the desk clerk and she reassured me she would take care of this situation. Apparently she did just that. After opening both doors to my room and letting the wind clear the air we no longer had an issue with cigarette smoke.

This hotel is a good value for what you get. Its not a four star hotel but it is worth what you pay for it. We will return in the future.

The hotel was nice! newly renovated so looks nice! There were 11 of us and they were very nice about accomodating all of us! We had a few problems with one person saying one thing and then someone else would say something completely different. A lot of miscommunication on their behalf. Other than that it was very nice. Comfy beds, Beautiful beachfront & view from room, Good beakfast, & Friendly staff all around! We will most likely go back to this hotel when we go back to cocoa beach! Not bad for the money either! Just dont go to Marlin's on the pier next to the hotel... HORRIBLE RESTAURANT & SERVICE! nice hotel though!!!
